Inviting aromas of honeysuckle, peach and lychee nut. The mouth feel is of integrated and rich fruit. Flavors of lime, nectarine, melon are complemented by a clean, refreshing flavors of lemon and peach with a round mouth-feel and a crisp, lingering finish. All with a zesty and clean acidity.

Story
This traditional Italian wine is handcrafted with the assistance of Italy’s top enologists and a Winemaker of the Year at a family-run vineyard tracing its roots to 19th century. Grapes are grown in the Veneto region, a viticultural area has deep alluvial soil and a cool climate due to the moderating influence of the Adriatic Sea. These cool microclimates are responsible for preserving the crisp acidity and fresh fruit character of the wine. The individual lots of hand harvested Pinot Grigio grapes are gently whole cluster pressed to minimize any color or harsh tannin extraction, then racked to stainless steel tanks for a cold fermentation.

Complements
This perfectly balanced Pinot Grigio pairs well with seafood, shellfish, poultry, salads, fruits, light pastas, and mild cheeses. Its structure and fruity flavors also complement spicy cuisine.
