Gooseneck Vineyards is looking for enthusiastic, reliable Wine Ambassadors who are passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences. Whether you’re already knowledgeable about wine or eager to learn, if you love meeting new people and take pride in offering warm, thoughtful hospitality, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to every guest
- Create a welcoming and engaging environment during wine tastings
- Help guests discover and enjoy our wines through thoughtful recommendations
- Foster long-term relationships by promoting wine club memberships
- Ensure smooth and friendly transactions through our POS system
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable moments
- TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Professional, polished appearance (no visible tattoos or piercings, natural hair color)
- Must be available on weekends
Full-time and part-time shifts available, 7 days a week.
