Gooseneck Cabernet is a timeless classic for any occasion. Full bodied and graceful, with soft layering notes of strawberries and ripe blackberries, it finishes with a silky mouth feel.
In continued pursuit of excellence, the grapes for this sublime wine of great value are sourced in Washington’s Columbia Valley. Planted by a family whose ancestors first began growing grapes in 15th century in Europe, the traditions transcend into today’s practices, with a strong focus on sustainability. Under the continued guidance of Paul Fede’s former colleague at a premier California winery and renowned winemaker, Pat Handerson, a beautiful expression of cabernet sauvignon was born. Aged in american oak, we blended a touch of syrah and petite syrah 6 months prior to bottling.
Harnessing the power of the fruit and adding the elegance every Gooseneck Vineyards wine delivers, we are proud to pour this cabernet into your glass.
Gooseneck Vineyards Cabernet is a timeless classic for any occasion and an enhancement for any tabletop. Particularly excellent fit for dark meats, firm cheeses, and hearty pasta dishes.
