Gooseneck Vineyards Tips and Tricks
We have all woken up in the morning feeling overwhelmed by our To-Do lists. Laundry, lunches, work meetings, planning a date night. You also can’t forget the obligatory Facebook update to tell everyone about your miserable day. In reality, it doesn’t have to be this way. It’s as easy of prioritizing the day’s tasks, but where do you even begin? First things first. Here are some plan of action tactics to help make prioritizing easier.

Lists
When you first get out of bed, get a piece of paper out and make two columns- one for URGENT and the other for IT CAN WAIT A MINUTE. Write down everything you need to do that day according to urgency level.

Keep It Real
The Super Mom quotes are inspirational, and many times, funny. Only you know your limitations and what you’re capable of accomplishing in a day. Be honest with yourself about what you can and cannot do.

Ease up
Being flexible is key. You have to be able to roll with the punches. If something happens that changes your day’s activities, take a step back and regroup your priorities.

Put a value on it
The things that have more weight on them – doctor’s visits, for example- will take precedence. Note them on the URGENT column. Giving the dog a bath CAN WAIT A MINUTE.

Quitting isn’t for losers
Sometimes, people get caught up in dotting their i’s the right away. Being over meticulous can prevent you from checking off another item on the list. Know when to say, “Done!”

After a long day of prioritizing and accomplishing, you can always take a mental vacation to the Amalfi Coast with a glass of Gooseneck Pinot Grigio. Then you can get up the next morning, and do it all over again.
