Summer is here and in full swing! Beat the heat with our new 2020 Rosé. The delicate flavors makes it the perfect addition for a number of summertime cocktails. Here’s our favorite (so far!):
Rosy Gimlet
4 oz Gooseneck Vineyards Rosé
1 oz mild gin (non-juniper)
½ oz lime juice
1 fresh strawberry
Muddle strawberry and add lime juice. Add gin and Rosé. Stir and strain into glass. Garnish with lime wedge. Enjoy!
