Grilling Recipes for Labor Day

Labor Day is one such a great day to break out the grill! We have so many favorite recipes, it’s hard to even pick!

One our favorites is this Red Wine Marinade – it’s amazing with beef or lamb:

2 tablespoons minced garlic (pre-minced or about 6-8 cloves)
1 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary leaves
2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme leaves
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup red wine (We use Gooseneck Vineyards Rioja)
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Kosher salt to taste
