Romantic Valentine’s Day Menu

If you can’t make it out for Valentine’s Day this weekend, whether due to weather, lack of a babysitter or you just waited too long to snag a reservation, we have your back!

Appetizer
While you can never go wrong with a cheese plate, if you want to go a little fancier, Bacon Wrapped Scallops are easy and delicious. Three ingredients, a few minutes in the oven and voila! We love to start the night with a glass of Gooseneck Vineyards Prosecco – after all, even a night in is a celebration!

Main Dish
Ina Garten’s Filet of Beef au Poivre is another one that loos impressive, but is really quite simple! Just sear the steaks for a few minutes, then add the remaining ingredients to the pan to make that incredible sauce… in under 30 minutes you’ll have a feast! Pair with a glass of Gooseneck Cabernet Sauvignon.
Dessert
It’s a classic for a reason! Whether you buy them or make them yourself, you can’t go wrong with Chocolate Covered Strawberries!
